Öffne die App und gehe zu Profil > Datenschutz > „Daten exportieren“. Du kannst deine Daten als JSON- oder CSV-Datei exportieren und über das Teilen-Menü speichern oder versenden.
Wie kann ich alle meine Daten löschen?
Gehe zu Profil > Datenschutz > „Alle Daten löschen“. Dieser Vorgang ist unwiderruflich — alle gespeicherten Zyklus-, Gesundheits- und Profildaten werden dauerhaft von deinem Gerät entfernt. Einwilligungsnachweise (Consent-Records) werden gemäß Art. 7 Abs. 1 DSGVO aufbewahrt.
Wie kann ich die Sprache ändern?
Regelzeit startet in der Sprache deines iPhones. Du kannst die App-Sprache jederzeit in der App unter Profil > Sprache umstellen, unabhängig von der Systemsprache. Die App unterstützt Deutsch und Englisch.
Wie kann ich meine Einwilligung widerrufen?
Gehe zu Profil > Datenschutz > „Einwilligungen verwalten“. Dort kannst du einzelne Einwilligungen widerrufen. Beachte, dass die App ohne die Einwilligung zur Verarbeitung von Gesundheitsdaten nicht genutzt werden kann, da das Zyklustracking diese Daten benötigt.

How can I export my data?
Open the app and go to Profile > Privacy > "Export data". You can export your data as a JSON or CSV file and save or share it via the share menu.
How can I delete all my data?
Go to Profile > Privacy > "Delete all data". This action is irreversible — all stored cycle, health, and profile data will be permanently removed from your device. Consent records are retained in accordance with Art. 7(1) GDPR.
How can I change the language?
Regelzeit starts in the language of your iPhone. You can change the app language at any time in the app under Profile > Language, independent of the system language. The app supports German and English.
How can I revoke my consent?
Go to Profile > Privacy > "Manage consents". There you can revoke individual consents. Please note that the app cannot be used without consent to process health data, as cycle tracking requires this data.
